Jazz Sesh hosted by My Guy

A weekly jazz event focused on community building and collaboration. The rotating house band hosts the sesh - after a short set, they invite anyone with an instrument and/or a tune to join them on the stage. The host welcomes and incorporates players regardless of skill level. It is common to see experienced touring artists play with music students, resulting in truly unique performances!

A bit about the House Band:

My Guy was born in the streets of Portland. Conceived as a busking act - now operating as a seasoned group of individuals who play funk, soul, and instrumental hip hop with an improv bent, moving between genres with fervor.
